[center] Forms of Water

‎ Water can be found in three form: solid, ‎liquid and gas. We see these three forms in ‎our daily life.‎
The water we drink is the liquid form. Ice is ‎the solid form. ‎
Steam or water vapour is the gaseos form.‎
Water changes its form on being heated or ‎cooled. ‎
Let's see how this happens.‎

‎ ON BEING HEATED:‎
Heat some water in a kettle. After some ‎time, water will start boiling. Due to heat, ‎some water will change into steam (vapour).‎
We can see this vapour as it escapes through ‎the spout of the kettle.‎
So we see that water change into water ‎vapour on being heated. We call change ‎evaporation.‎

‎ ON BEING COOLED:‎
Hold a spoon in front of the spout.‎
We will see tiny drops of water are formed ‎on it. We call this change from water vapour ‎to liquid as condensation
We can cool water even more in a freezer. ‎Water changes into solid ice after some ‎tome in a freezer. ‎
We call this change as freezing.‎

‎ We can see these forms :solid, liquid and ‎gas in WATER CYCLE . Water is always on ‎the move in a never-ending cycle.‎
